As some of you will know from this thread http://tinyurl.com/ctmekmq I was asked could RAFA use my image for their magazine front cover (60,000 Copies) it was taken at the TP National Memorial Arboretum Meet in July, so here it is below in all its glory, Well chuffed I could help with this worthy charity, PDF Version http://www.rafashop.com/site/images/AM_65-4-Web version.pdf and their website http://www.rafa.org.uk/

Nicely done. I think the sky really makes the image, especially for a front cover.

Thanks Matt really made my trip down to the NMA TP meet worth while, as well as meeting everyone, sorry I cant make Sundays in Blackpool :(

Had a really bad night last night could hardly breath with my emphysema was going to call an ambulance at one stage, so going lay on the couch all day :(
 
Great photo Dave and well done with the mag.
Hope the emphysema eases soon.

Thanks Matt it was great to see you and thanks for calling in, I really enjoyed our chat, Must admit Im impressed how good it actually looks printed, colours are perfect, and it fits so well on the page, Im really chuffed with the 2 copies they sent me, Ill take a pic of them tomorrow, it made the NMA TP Meet even more worth the 220 mile round trip to get that shot, as well as meet everyone as well, perfect (y)(y)(y)

Seeing the real thing today was great!
You got off lightly mate, had to go shopping in the Christmas shop upstairs! Oh joy :shake: (met Dave at Botany Bay, Chorley, on my second day out for 7 weeks!)
Still, great to see you pal, and glad you are also on the mend.
Will be in touch about the Top Barn visit.

Ha Ha glad I didnt go with you, now you know why I never go there :LOL: it was my first day out in 2 weeks, im feeling a lot better now,

look forward to the Barn meet and a Hot Beef torpedo mmmm yummy cant wait
