Mystery bug ?

Can't recall seeing one of these before, sitting perfectly still on the end of a grass stem this evening in the garden.
A devil of a job to get focussed, some angles the camera refused point blank, I suspect it was the backgrounds.
Anyway I managed these two. The brown body has tiny hairs on it, I'll need a better macro to really show those.

Well from what I have researched, it's most likely a Glow Worm, and was probably in transition when I saw it.

It's not a weevil

I should have double checked before posting, I'd found it in one of my books, I can only think the cooling fan must have blown the pages,I just looked at the text that was in front of me, I'm going to find it again tomorrow, this time without the cooling fan on max.

That will teach me to concentrate on one thing at a time.....
