ThanksNicely spooky
Ta, I'll check it out.For 'FORGOTTEN' there's an interesting (you can be the judge of that) group of Flickr that's called TLOP. Things Left On Posts.
Though the definition also extends to chairs, fences, gates etc.
This would fit right in as it's perfect for the FORGOTTEN theme.
Actually no, it was my daughter's coat and I set it up for the shot..... is that bad lol.Somebody is going to miss that jacket as it gets colder...
Ta, that one was Abi's shes 4 lol. The reflection is our hob.Nice one.. great reflections and love the wonky grin!
Lol, no it's not badActually no, it was my daughter's coat and I set it up for the shot..... is that bad lol.
Wowza! Fabulous
Woohoo! (Or WooHoot)! That's a stunning owl shot Nicky
Thank you all.A very impressive owl shot and unusual angle
Thanks, I went for aperture priority +2 ev to avoid it being a silhouette against a completely white sky. I can't honestly explain why the sky isn't completely blown out which is what I was expecting.Great shot Nicky, well exposed to show the feathers like that.
Thank you, it was impossible for me to resist the shadows lol.The shadow photo is great, good choice, even though I like the ivy too.
Glad I inspired you with the Liquidambar.Wall - love the shadow shot, just my sort of think.
Autumn - Nice ICM. Our Liquidambar is our favourite tree, such colours!
Thanks, I appreciate the comments.I do like the shadow shot.
And if you've ever clicked on my 52's you'll know I umm and ahh a lot before posting so I think two is perfectly acceptable.
And I really like the Autumn one. Unusual and clever take on the theme.
Thanks, ICM is great when you just need to produce something and aren't feeling very inspired.Nice ICM that boosts the warm colours
The owl shot was done with a remote trigger at a photography day at the Hawk Converservancy in Andover. The owl is trained to land on a platform, so you just place your camera next to it and fire it from a few feet away, cheating really but I've no wish to decieve anyone.Dramatic owl shot, did you duck
Shadow shot is lovely, well spotted
Lovely Autumn colours and good idea to use ICM to add a few more leaves/colour
Thanks Helen.Wall - well spotted, lovely capture
Autumn - I really like this.. great colour and sums up the theme nicely.

Both very effective.
How was “wet” done?
Arrows, made me smile
Wet, lovely colours and shot. Might be interesting as a macro shot? and same question as Alan above
Old, good subject and processing
A very chill looking scene. Nice one.
Great pic for the theme.
Love the cool colouring
