Hi. It looks over-exposed and a bit soft. Without the camera settings its a bit difficult to offer any suggestions. If you still have the original image the exif info should still be saved. Look it up in Photoshop File - file info.
I don't see any EXIF data so I don't know how Photoshop is seeing 1/1600 at f/6.4 and 100 ISO, and those figures don't tally with the apparent brightness of the image, which does look a little overexposed.
Do you have a filter fitted? If so, try removing it?
Is this a big crop from the original frame? If so you're probably pushing the limits. Your technique needs to be impeccable and your lens and focusing need to be well up to snuff.
If it was a hot day - I'm guessing it might well have been - and you were shooting from considerable distance (long lens + crop) then atmospheric conditions could also be playing a part in softening the image.
Lastly, was this shot raw or JPEG and how/when/where was sharpening was applied and how much?
I did try giving it a little tweak for sharpening and a few other small things. Possibly the original photo would offer more scope for improvement. Small, blown JPEG files which have been saved at least twice before are not usually the best starting point.
i dont have any filters think raw its the standard canon setting havent changed it all i did with the photo was save it on computer from camra havnt tuched it in any other way the lens im using is a sigma 150-500
starting to think photograpthy isnt for me dont understand all this stuff it confuses the hell out of me
