:) weight is a battle,I find you need just enough to hold, but too much can cause shaking, I'm looking into macro gear, thanks for the info (y)
I do chin ups to cope with the weight. I got up a chin up bar started doing them with my feet supported and now I can do a couple of them without problems. I am not sure how long it takes to get that strong as I had Covid and other things which stopped training (all now gone). The good thing is that I can keep my lens steady now!
