Ossau Valley Letter Box Crops

Third is my fave of the set. For 2 to work I think just a bit more contrast is required to make the shadowed mountain stand out a little more.
 
Nice views. It looks like they've taken from exactly the same tripod setting, so I would personally combine 1 with 3; I think the elements on the left side are better in 1 and middle / right & sky - in 3.
Personally some more contrast and clarity and black point boost, perhaps through local adjustments may be quite beneficial.

Initially I went with more contrast and more blacks but it killed the fine details off a bit which I didn't like. The headway is there - but I didn't like the results.
 
I bet these need to be seen large, and in isolation to really enjoy them properly. The third is the pick of the bunch for me, love the lit mountain with the lighter exposed rock curving up towards the summit.
