Picked the wrong spot in the Loop 11-10-10

Well took a day off to finaly get up to the loop. But with the way the light is this time of year turns out I choose the wrong spot Cad West. Should of gone to the Bwlch. Any way heres my poor efforts from the day.

5. 400mm is tooo long

and shows how bad the light is for them to fly into.

I like them and would love to do something like this. Could you provide a link for me please as to where Cad West and Bwich are + any other good spots.
Any best times to go etc.

The light is harsh at Cad at this time of the year. Improves a bit later in the afternoon usually.
Still a nice set Ray!! I'm itching to get up there.
