Sold all my lovely nikon 35mm kit to go digital and got me a nice Canon outfit, good ridance to 35mm.

BUT got offered today some Nikon kit in a bag.
One F4s in nearly mint nick with the extra battery grip and MC12a remote.
One 35-70 2.8 zoom also near mint.
One 80-200 2.8 ed lens in excellent condition.
One SB24 flash like new with the SD7 power pack.
A selection of focusing screens, new.
All instructions and it all works as it should.

IT'S MINE, MINE MINE.

Enough little buttons and switches to keep me happy till Christmas.

I think my lovely Canon 30D is in for a bit of a rest, there's just something about 35mm Nikon gear.:clap:
 
I got offered an F4s today for a really good price of.........£60.00 :eek:

Needless to say I took it.

What a brilliant day.. right place right time

Be interesting to hear how you find going 'back' to 35mm after digital.

The end product I suppose is the same, or is it? But getting there is chalk and cheese. I think I am drawn to 35mm as I have been using it for 55 years. Digital is such a totally different process.
No I don't look at the back after taking a shot with 35mm, what I do is forget that I can look at the back with my D30.
 
My kids constantly rush up after I've taken a picture to see the image - always very disappointed when I say 'this camera doesn't do that'...
