It is a hoverfly, but cannot really tell what from this view! Looks like an Eristalis and clearly not tenax (part pale hind tibia), pertinax (dark front tarsi) or arbustorum(facial stripe)- so one of the others. I would say that it was taking off as you pressed the button!
