Hi All,

Finally ! got round to processing my images from a trip to Pompeii in September 2019 (just before lockdown).

Love this one from the D750, amazing light and what a place to visit !

Also visited Herculaneum on the same week - what a place.

I was there in 2006, both for Ercolano/Herculaneum and Pompeii, and we stayed up the road in Vico Equense. Il Vesuvio is pretty special too.

Thanks Toni. More snapshot style stuff at Pompeii. It was a really hot day and the guide kept us on our toes !

I really enjoyed Pompeii and Herculaneum. I have great images also from Herculaneum. Was a quieter place all round and much better preserved.

I will get back to Pompeii, as we only seen a fraction of the site. It's huge !

thanks I didn't want to just jump on your thread (year photos I took 2013) far too many photos to even think about posting on hee

main street( told these were small shopping places). raised stones in road to do with stopping carts running too fast down hill (or summit liked)
