Anyone using external labs (most of us) will know that the image sent and the image printed is cropped by about 3%, so if you have any images that fill the frame quite tight, chances are something will be cut off.
I was wondering if there was a quick and simple technique in Lightroom that allowed me to add a uniform white or black border around the image of about 3%.
I know DSCL have a crop tool in their upload software which will tell you how much is being cut off, so if the 3% is too much then it can be easily corrected.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
