Rendered and extended c1980s.



Closed and left to decay before being demolished.



Now there's a 21st century essential in its place.

There are some quite old pubs round this way that could become homes and prosper, or remain pubs until they're pulled down. I wish this could have been someone's hound instead on another identikit coffee shop.

It's the callous way these buildings are bought and left to crumble beyond the point of economic repair so the plot can be redeveloped that galls me.
