Pure Dedication To Macro

I drove 300 miles to Scotland, took a 15 minute gondola ride followed by a 25 minute hike up the Nevis Range to see this mystery bug - only for my sister to spot it first..... My sister spotted it and literally shouted out "Geoff, come and see this bug" to which everyone on the Nevis Range Viewpoint turned to see me rushing over to photograph it.

Giant Horntail - basically a Woodwasp and a member of the Sawfly Family.
