Taken on Sunday, 5Div, 100 L f2.8

Blue spot on segment 8, blue eyes and bi-coloured pterostigma; I'd say the ID is spot on.

Lovely image, cracking colours on the subject, can I ask how far away yo were from the damselfly ????
Just got myself a macro lens and I might have a look for some similar subjects over at the WWT.

I would've been around 6-8 inches from the damsel for this image and a bit of a crop.
