McDonnell Douglas EAV-8B Harrier II Escuadrilla 009, Spanish Navy, Rota by Darren James, on Flickr+So My trip to RIAT this year was a bit of a shambles shall we say, Saturdays weather was for the most part cloudy which meant all the display teams did flat displays which where ok but i like the full displays and then to top it all off my Nikon D750 started to fail, what looks like the shutter issue that they recalled the Nikons for previously (It is now with them to have this recall done, Well fingers crossed its this anyway as currently the camera is sat with them awaiting a potential repair). I managed for a while to continuing taking photos all be it the camera was having to be held upside down and then the issue even started to appear on this so eventually had to give up and pack the camera away.
My highlight was the Harrier 2 but there where a lot of good displays both in the air and on the ground.
