These images are from a session a couple of days ago at a small local public garden maintained by the volunteers of the serially award-winning Portishead in Bloom team.
The first two images are from a single raw capture. The rest are stacked from JPEGs derived from 6K "post focus" videos, where the camera captures a video as it racks focus from the nearest thing it can find to focus on to the furthest. All used a Panasonic G9 with an Olympus 60mm macro, hand-held with natural light.
The raw file was processed to TIFF in Silkypix with further processing in Lightroom. I used Helicon Focus to extract JPEGs from the videos and stack them. One of the stacks was also retouched in Helicon Focus. The stacks were output as TIFF files for further processing in Lightroom. One of them also had a round trip to Photoshop for some extra processing.
There are 1300 pixel high versions of these images along with others from the session in this album at Flickr.

#7 Stacked from 35 video frame JPEGs. Stacked twice with different stacking methods, one stack used to retouch the other. This was another one that was given a tighter crop than I did originally so as to reveal some more detail.
