The real size is 8.76 mm, magnification is 1.4
These ants are very common in Santa Marta but I haven't seen them in Valle de Cauca or
other parts of Colombia, which shows how regional Colombian wildlife is

Very nice set of macro/close up captures David, with some fine detail.
