First 2 are from 2009 with 40D / 100mm macro. I believe some sort of lighting was involved. They looked OK, but going from the Adobe v1 to current LR processing and adding some further minor tweaks literally transformed them into something different. With minor crop no1 still printed very cleanly on A4.
To be honest I have lost my interest in macro since but still do one or two occasionally when the subjects literally bump into my camera.
The last one is from November last year in the woods, natural light only, handheld. 5D3 / 100mm macro L. I don't really know what the tiny creature is; the colour really stood out so I fired a few frames. It was just a few mm long. This is after substantial crop at around 1:1. The light brown stuff is some sort of slimy substance.
