Nice idea using an old mental hospital 
I like the reflection one very much - seems right for the location
The ones with the whip- would improve slightly if the model had a more agrresive expression
The doorway shot - Love this idea the clothing suits the location. the flash to the left of shot is a tad distacting, thos can be removed / toned down in PP
But these are just my opinions and Im new to this portrait & people shooting :shrug:

just a quick edit- the original was a tad over Saturated I felt - I'll remove it if you dont like it
done in Photoshop CS5 - just lowered the saturation and cross processed the BG

thanks for that Les, dont remove it its another persons view on an image and good to share, i quite like it not sure the model would as i feel it ages her.....
A word on the model, I agree a more aggressive expression would be good. however Alison has never done any sort of modelling before... I asked her 3 days before hte shoot as we werent even sure it was going ahead and she kindly agreed......I had the victorian outfit and felt it would suit it
The flash.,..... absolutely it was one of these things that i completely missed until after i had posted then thought "arghhhhhhh"
there are loads more to come at some point....... got a wedding to process....

These are great Fiona, all very good but 2, 3 & 5 stand out, with real impact.
Stayed at the Nurses Home in Strathmartin Hospital around 30 years ago when I was doing some post grad work at the Royal Liff Hospital.
Spent many a happy hour in the 'Three Barrels' pub just down the road
