It's an interesting picture.
As we're talking cropping I'd be more tempted to crop some of the foreground paving out and as cropping the top also would make it a bit of a letterbox shot I'd keep the top as it doesn't bother me anyway. If taking it I think I'd have included less foreground and more building (unless there's something objectionable just out of sight up there) as extra hight up there might fit in with the something more above us theme and message they're delivering.
Or, leave it as it is, there really is IMO no need to alter it
