Just stacked a set of images I took last October, 14 images of 72 mgb each, Photoshop aligned and stacked them but could not save the resulting stack as a .tif file as it exceeded the file size limit of 4gb, hmm not had one that big before - anyway once saved as a .psb then edited and saved as a .tif then resized and exported as a .jpg here it is, I think it was worth the time and effort
