Sunset at Schlernhaus, Dolomites

After a 8 mile hike in, with a steep 600metre ascent to Schlernhaus, we were rewarded by some beautiful lighting hitting the Rosengarten Dolomite mountains in the distance.

Beautiful. Light like this just stirrs the soul in a way an image taken on an dark overcast day just doesn't. A wonderful, wide open vista. There is not one thing I would change about that.
