Ted Forbes has released / is releasing a new book called "Visually Speaking" which is available on Amazon at a pre-order of £20.

I like(d) Ted Forbes when his channel was focussed on art so will probably give this a whirl. Available in the UK in Jan I believe.

I too like Ted's channel and yes, I also prefer when he discusses the art of photography (hence his channel name) but I've come to realise recently and mentioned in another thread that this is full time for a lot of these people now and to get paid, they sometimes have to make compromises and talk about gear even if they don't want to do because that's what pays so I can understand it. 100% agree. I don't watch his channel any more for this reason, but I'm sure I've been replaced by 100k others which is much better for keeping a roof over his head.

I don't watch Ted's gear videos but he's still showcasing zines and books people send him. And let's be honest, there's only so much to be said about making pictures. Alex Kilbee has been repeating himself on that front for some time now. And Sean Tucker's always been up his own arse.

I still watch it, including the occasional gear video (usually stuff I either have or am interested in) as his delivery and videos in general are one of the best photography related channels IMO. I do really like the zine/photobook videos he does as well as studies of famous photographers.
