Wow the butterfly image is a belter
 
Nice but the drone fly is a bee of some type - you can see that it has two wings joined together and does not have halteres.
It also has simple eyes which flies don't have.
Compare with this shot of a hoverfly, which does have halteres but no simple flies

nice, i mainly see the honey bee where i am and dont spot the bigger bumble types. can be great to photograph

I wasn't 100% sure hence the (?)
Possibly one of the solitary's?

A couple of other shots, tbh it was the size of its arse that threw me.
