These are good Steve, especially the first. The very light deciduous tree in the top rh corner of the last is a bit distracting.

I liked it for the pop of colour but now that you mention it I see your point entirely. Nothing a 5x4 or 1x1 crop cannot fix.

You'll know the 1st. If you park at Pradera de Ordesa and take the woodland walk through the lower trail towards Refuge Goritz you go through the sort of woodland most UK shooters can only dream of (never experienced a finer forest walk in all my days) and then further up the valley. 2 weeks prior and maybe another 3mi up the trail I got this.

Too clear a sky and I don't even like walking....but this is a peachy place to treck...

I like the processing and the waterfall looks stunning. However, the branches on the left are absolutely in the way of a key part and I would have done everything possible including a chainsaw :) to get rid of them there and then. I presume you couldn't go any further to the right or use some fancy tripod extension??

No way round it dude.

If you'll go you'll see. Any further forward and I'm in the drink.

Chainsaw would do it but you wouldn't reach them all.

Best bet would be a drone and to fly it 3 to 4m over

The subject of the first 2 catch my interest as they're a waterfall and I like them a lot BUT! The branches that reach out interfere with it both where the water pool and then where the water falls and spoil the image. I get it's like an intimate image where you're not seeing it all and looking in from a viewpoint but I feel it doesn't work sorry. The less clutter at the top of the 2nd is better than that open space in the first image though.

It's a hybrid image. Its neither woodland nor a view point as such. Can't avoid the branches. Trust me I tried.

They're there and they're annoying in one aspect but in another that's just how the world is. God made it messy. The colours are quite pretty though.
