The day after the storm

Hi all,

This is my first post here. The day before I took this picture there was a storm, so this could be a reason that this harbour porpoise beached. Unfortunately it had already passed away when I found it. It does remind you of the constant 'struggles for life' animals in the wild are facing.

In one respect a great photo due to its nature, composition and sky but at the same time sad to see :(
 
Well I thought that was going to be a lovely shot while it was gradually appearing on my screen from top to bottom, until I got to the porpoise... very sad! It is well composed and works very well as a nature / news shot. Maybe needs a bit more detail in the shadows under the porpoise...
