very nice light and lovely ambiance.
I find the half pond on the bottom left corner a bit distracting. its nice that it also has a reflection which catches my eye to it but that's the main subject of the picture.... crop it out perhaps?

Thanks - can't say I am as it means that awful bare brown earthy yucky moorland. Full snow cover is interesting but I hate the cold with all my being. For me summer has been, and always will be the season for my photography. I just love the vibrant greens, the feeling of it all being alive, the warmth just everything about it.

It is essential IMHO that these lakes are still when taking this picture. I could crop it out but would loose too much of the picture. The reason it is wide is to crop out some man made clutter at the bottom such as tyre tracks, a nasty bit of fly tipping (old car tyre or two - yes really)
