Things that go BUZZ

Very nice Ryan

If you have foxgloves you can get easy bumble bee shots. The bees will drop out of one flower, slow themselves down and move backwards in front of it then fly up to the next flower- all the movement is on the same focal plane. Just find a flower with a bumble bee in it, set yourself up at 90 degrees to it with the flower in focus and shoot the instant the bee appears. In the majority of pictures, the bee will be somewhere in shot and in focus. The bees will come to the plant and you can get one shot from every flower. Foxgloves should be flowering in a few months.

Thanks for the tip, I will have to give it a go next time.
