BTW I shot one a little while ago and I am reliably informed that it was
Psilidae > Psila fimeteria

Or to put it another way, a "rust fly".
 
It does look close, except for the lack of hairs and the angle that it holds the wings
I would suggest that as its bending over the wings wouldn't lay flat anyway?
It also appears that Camptoprosopella has more hairs ( like your images)
Mine was slightly more bald than that, I hadn't noticed all the hairs TBH.
