I have been trying to get this shot for a while with a nice sunset and the tide in, the boat arriving at just the right time was a real bonus.

The wait was well worth it - you've nailed it.

Will you be going for the Full Harvest Moon, September 17/18. You'll have to figure out the time..It's baffled me after reading a few articles. I've seen some great shots like the one you have here with a full moon rising .

Thanks for the link, it looks like you would have to photograph it in the morning as the sun is going down in the west.
