Can anyone suggest a program (for Mac) that will monitor web pages or blog pages and list the dates of any update, or some equivalent alert of changes e.g. some photographs added to a portfolio.
I'm trying to spend more time on websites/blogs, but it's a pain opening web sites, just to find there has been no changes since the last visit..
I have found some software but not sure whether it's aimed at the consumer of websites, like me, or the developers of websites, to warn them of any tampering to their website. by a third party. BUT, regardless they have all been subscription based, and I'm not willing to pay upwards of $5 a month for this service.
I used to use such a program years and years ago, but I seem to remember it too went subscription, and I can't remember what it wa called.
Thanks.
