Well, the natural world is one heck of an amazing place and that UK caterpillar just goes to show that we even have the weird & wonderfull here in the UK :)

Amazing Paul, curiously, I found one on one of my Bonsai trees awhile back, looking just like that, and yes it
looked incredibly like a small off shoot from one of the main branches (y)

Great shots Paul, similar camo/ shape defense to a peppered moth which also looks a bit like a stick. Do these also change colour depending on the foliage they are occupying/ feeding on?
