Took a ride to Win Hill in the Peak District on Saturday evening. Timed it just right to get the sunset at the summit.
Went with my daughter who is 7 and she did admirably. Decided to go via Parkin Clough which is basically a stupidly steep incline which has a terrain of rocks, boulders and tree roots. Took an hour and twenty minutes to reach the top!!
Here are a few from the outing in no particular order...

The best colour in the sky was as we were leaving but knowing it was going to take us a hour or so to get back to the car we decided to leave at around 8pm. The route back was through heavily wooded areas and well, I'm a wuss.
Some may remember a thread from a while a go where i was just starting out with landscape photography. Hopefully i have improved a little but i am very much open to C+C.
Thanks for looking.
David.
