Winter Afternoon in Edinburgh

A shot that everyone does but i had to take a walk up to Douglas Monument in Edinburgh and capture the historic capital city in the winter sun, On way back to the car i thought the little Castle style ruin isolated in the frozen scene of Arthurs Seat i wanted to snap a shot, Just wish the sun hung around a tiny bit longer lol.

Good shots. I lived in Edinburgh years ago, and remember those bitterly cold, clear, days very well...!

The 'little castle' is all that remains of St Anthony's Chapel. There's a record of repairs in the C15th, so it's at least that old, but not much is known about it.

Its takin at the lake next to Arthurs seat, Its a great location but was a bit late for the sun but still made for a nice look in a winter scene.
