The only concern about that video is videoing very young children unless permission was given by each parent/guardian beforehand in writing.. also no panning clips of the stadium in closeup to check how smooth or jerky it is

No issue... Complete nonsense about having permission :) in writing or other .. No difference between video and photogrpahy in that respect
