They are trying to say this forum is for talking about "people and portraits" so your image should be in this forum http://www.talkphotography.co.uk/forums/photos-people-and-portraits.36/
Also you have checked it as NSFW when in fact it clearly not in that category.
The image however is a nice colourful first attempt.

The first thing that glares out at me is the catchlights. It is a pretty good rule that they should fall in the pupil of the eyes rather than the sclera.

Looks a little under exposed and catch lights don' quite fall right but pretty good shot keep going
