Beginner Help resizing a couple of images please

Good evening, could someone help resizing a couple of images so I can post them on the forum please? For some reason my normal resizer will not do them.

If you host them on Flickr it will resize for you,

What do you normally use to resize your images, and why won't it do what you want it to?

I normally use picresize.com and I don't know why, but it just doesn't want to do anything.....but sorted now through Flikr.
