Whilst my A7 still works?

I've bought something. It's not a 50 year old lens. Shock. Horror. It's not a cheap manual focus Chinese lens. It's not a car. No more room. It's not a watch. I have too many. It is photography related. It'll be here tomorrow.

Maybe I'm just not too picky. I really like these two, I've posted both before. I the first taken with the Pergear 35mm f1.4 and the second with the TTArtisan 50mm f2. Both these lenses are poor by todays standards or I suppose by the standards of the last 50 years and both have multiple...

The G9 is bigger than my FF Sony A7 and that does put me off. I much prefer smaller kit. The lens choice does matter when trying to keep the bulk and weight down but there are small FF lenses these days. Personally I think MFT makes the most sense when keeping the camera and lens size down.

I took a family who'd never been to the seaside to Saltburn today. The weather was poor but they enjoyed it and one of the kids said it was "the best day ever." We'll have to arrange another trip in better conditions. There was a film crew and the theme was "Surfers against sewage" Surf...
