Hi, I currently own a canon 450d and was looking at upgrading. I have looked at many used options like a canon 60d because of the price range, however I have primarily looking at the canon 7d MKi now, (didn't before because of the CF card slot and no SD card slot but realised that it's not a...
Nev Cartledge - Wondered if anyone else is watching this chap? Lots of quirky humour, more misfortune than Thomas Heaton and the landscape images are (in my opinion) really lovely. Not sure I could cope with 11 years in a camper though - the water frozen in the saucepan in less than an hour is...
Hi All,
I am planning on entering one of my images for the wildlife photographer and Bird Photographer of the Year 2018, what I would like to know is the extend to which an image can be cropped?

Hi all! I would really appreciate it if anyone is able to help me with a questions I have. Could this picture be classed as a 'Triptych'? Although there are three separate images on one canvas, it is difficult to make out the borders...

I currently own a 7D mkii and 5D mkiii - previously owning a 1D mkii and 5D mkii combo but im not convinced these are the best for what I use.

Hello!
I'm Ryan, and I've taken far too long to join a community! I've been playing with my camera for around 10 years, and perhaps more seriously for around 7, although I still feel nervous about showing off my work. My main focus is landscape and wildlife, although I have dabbled with models...
The reeds were wafting about due to the wind, however, after a few attempts, I managed to get a shot of this Beardy .. .. .. not perfect, but it was the best I got on the day .. ..
Hey there guys!
I have been in the photography world for 8 years now, and I have gained so much knowledge and developed a lot of skills. And I have yet to begin my video/cinematography career. I have taken a great interest in shooting wildlife, and from there, I have gotten the idea of shooting...
I shot this last weekend. It was around 9am, so daylight. The sun was behind the tree and I wanted to underexpose everything to enable me to get the tree to sillhouette the tree against the sun. Slight editing in PS to saturate the colours and darken the edges a little.
Has any got any tips or tricks for creating this type of shot.
Basically I'm flicking through all my camera mags to give me some ideas and inspiration whilst the weather is a bit naff and I've come across a bit where Simon Roy, Ben Hall and Tom Mason have done this eg. getting a vole to poke...

Sounds like a pub, ha. So i dusted off the ol macro lens and had a mooch in the garden tother day. This being the best shot i got i thought i'd post it. Unfortunately the fly could have been better focused but not too displeased for a handheld shot, on a hangover i might add. ;)
A typically pugnacious specimen of Sciurus Carolinensis in Sidmouth.
This one saw me attempting to get a shot of a crow and made a high speed dash in my direction. My guess is that one or two previous photographers had bribed him to pose. I grabbed this shot and turned my attention elsewhere...
