We visited relations who live on Mersea Island, near Colchester.
This grave was in the cemetery at St Edmunds church on the island. The area is a designated war grave site.

We have a few really old small one's around here. Somethng about old small one's attracks me. Have one that has old markers in it the the names had eroded away on, probably because they were made of wood, small wood crosses. Gonna have to go get some photo's in some of them.
