weekly Cockneys 52 for 25.

That certainly works for the theme and the tech.

You should look again at the post on the main thread - it looks to me like you didn't add the image.

I have added image, struggling getting the link done using my phone.

The POV makes this image really good. One of my faves for this week!
Thanks bob. It's a Samsung phone shot. It's the only wide angle I have, so I had to get creative. Back to the Lumix kit next week. (Probably) :D

Good spot. :D
Its been one of my favourite warm weather snacks since I was a youngster. I usually do it exactly as you have although on occasion I will add a bit of green pesto if I have some laying about. I actually grabbed all the bits for it this evening after seeing your post as sod the cold weather it looked too good.

Nicely framed and looks tasty (y) , the shadows are usually a pain when using ceiling lights

I have 1/2 kilo of mussels to go with it. ;) Med in the snow.

Nicely done shot :)

Looks very tasty! I wonder how it was lit? I thought window initially but there are too many shadows - room lighting?

Yep you're correct, room lighting. Our kitchen has a bank of 8 led lights on 2 rails.
When paying a cheque in via the bank app a few months back, i noticed the light and thought, thats interesting. I've used it a few times. We have 2nd bank on a dimmer. Like a mini studio. ;)

interesting perspective

I too was going to ask what the lens was, as that's well taken without any distortion which can be difficult with wide angle lenses.
I'm guessing the phone does a lot of the heavy lifting in that respect.

Good shot. I like the choice of top down view for the photo

I can see the wide angle effect but it works nicely due to the placement of the items in the image. The food looks very enticing! Good one.

Cheers Lindsay.

Thanks Negan.

Nicely icy Brian :)

Top-down, wide angle aspect of your food shot works fantastically well Brian and you've exposed your cold shot perfectly.
