Week 17 - Structure
This one was harder than I thought!
The black counter was too slippery for the cards to balance, so the base wouldn't be my choice but had to be done!
Not sure when these cards were last used, but they were quite a throwback

Good idea for the theme. A totally black base would have been ideal, but if it doesn't work, it doesn't work. I would be tempted to set the camera on continuous (tripod and timer) and then fire an elastic band at the structure!!

I'm very impressed that you could build the house of cards - I'm sure my hands would be too unsteady.

Almost didn’t find the base distracting, so not a problem for me. Cling film, now there‘s some “thinking outside the box” that I’ll store away for possible future use.

I definitely would have preferred the black counter, could have used the cling film idea for sure! Although I was initially trying to get the cards to stand up facing outwards, which may have been a mistake too as they seemed to stand better this way. Maybe I could've got away with it with a little more patience!

Thank you, and I had to look up how it was spelt as definitely not a common one for me so we almost had a haw haw
I didn't know about the name origin! It makes sense though now you say it

Week 19 - Bent
Amazingly, Charlie has remembered how to bend around the poles from last year!
I wish I had set them up anywhere but in front of the shed, but it's where he's used to them even if not a great background

Aww, cute bendy dog shot. If you use LR I discovered the new Lens Blur option that works pretty well on blurring the background if you've got a strong subject.
