It’s a Felt and yes time trial/triathlon bikes can be pricey especially since they’re rather specialised and you wouldn’t want to pop to the shops on it ! But then i guess photography can be an expensive hobby too. I took quite a few pictures at this event and couldn’t place why i chose this one but the pink overshoes may have been the subliminal reason. That looks like an expensive bike, mind you he looks into bicycling in a serious way.
The pink shoes add colour to the image.

Thanks.. As above in retrospect i think the pink caught my eye. Both on theme. Loving the pink overshoes for a bit of colour. Looks like a serious cyclist with those handlebars. Nice depth of field.
Lovely sky in the sunset. I like the dark cloud at the top matching the lower shadow.

I'd also taken some shots of my banjo for the previous week but in reviewing them felt the extensive metalwork and limited tones better suited this topic.

I like both these Simon. The lighting on the banjo shot is perfect!

Both good shots Simon but definitely more drawn to the b&w banjo.
It’s water, which after the hot spell feels valuable. Although not in the conventional sparkly sense !Certainly hidden - not sure about treasure - do you know what it marks - is it water, or electricity? Or gas even?? Which I guess are treasure.
Solid fits the bill. Discarded tanks of some sort? Industrial feel to them.
Yes they are old tanks I think but they looked solid in the sense I wouldn’t want to drive into them or try and lift them.Agree with Bebop about the treasure, Not sure tanks are solid.

Thx. There were a LOT of togs on the prom and beach that evening lolNice catch up Simon - I particularly like the pier sunset shot. I'm a sucker for sunsets and piers, so what;'s not to like?
Thanks Peter.some good catch up's there Simon. Sunset is fab. Rubic cube is well lit.
