Is 16RAM or 24RAM best for LR & PS?

24gb sort of looks like 16gb + 8gb vram. It's not that simple as it probably is more like a sliding scale but this just puts it into the context. 32+16 sounds a lot more premium....
Resolve users in particular should appreciate that
