I got my first SLR in 89 when I went off travelling, it was a Nikon FE and I had a Nikon 50mm f/1.4 and a 35-70 f/3.5 - 4.5 zoom. I didn't have a clue of how to use it so was teaching myself as I went along. I still have the camera and used it for years.
Sorry about the quality but I only have a cheap scanner and the prints were only 6 x 4".

I still love the texture of film. Just not the hassle and expense that goes with it. Awesome stuff.

Nice little set. Can you remember what film you used; I like the sky in it.

Very nice Paul, you should break out the old girl again and show us what she can do now.

As I was travelling on a very tight budget I think I was using standard Fuji 100 ISO print film. I always seemed to get better results with Fuji over Kodak.
I should dig the FE out and put a roll through it, I do still use film occassionally but tend to use the F100 and F3.

I've got an F3 as well, cracking camera.
