Thanks, yes I like the pic with the 2 of themGreat photos! Hard to pick a favourite from this bunch, although I do like #3 and #4 particularly.
Thanks, we agree on the tieBeautiful images, nice work nailing the focus
#1 & 4 for me (not sure on the tie though )
Thanks, she will run all day. The other one will as well- if he is not too busy sniffing the countrysideThey all pop nicely with plenty of separation.
I think #2 for me though. All paws off the ground and filling the frame
CheersLovely set. I couldn't pick a favourite - I'd be happy with any of them.
ThanksThose are truly wonderful shots Keith. I like them all.
Hmm, yep full card and hit the x button on lightroomAll great shots... I'd be hard pushed to pick a single one too. You must come home with a card full of images on every walk!
Thanks, Same hereAlways a sucker for a dog shot or two. Beautiful images of very happy looking doggies.
Cracking set of dog images love them all, my favourite one is with both of them together.
Thanks, she loves the water and yes they are pretty quick. Had the shutter at 800 or 1000th but needs to be a little bit quicker I thinkGreat running dog shots! They look like fast movers too. I've yet to get one of mine in that action pose i'm happy with. Your choice of light has helped a lot.
Love the one of him splashing through the water, and the one of the same dog against the green BG. (Other dog is lovely too)
Thanks, first time trying to get pictures of a plane. All a bit of a rush as hear the plane taking off then see it through the tree and then it’s goneGreat shots for the theme Keith.
Thanks, just thought first pic was a bit more scenicInteresting shots and a different take on the theme. I'd lean more to #3 as you can see the tow line more clearly.
Cheers, TBH was in the garden putting the washing out when one came over and I thought that’ll do.Great idea and nice composition.
We have tonnes of gliders around here but it never occurred to me to take any shots of them.
Thanksfits the theme and I prefer the last of the 3 for the same reason as Helen.
Thanks, yes it was all a bit of a panic when I saw the plane through the trees. As usual, when theres a "choice" of shots posted. I'd like a combination of all three!
The first I like the context of the tree line, the second has the best tow-plane view but the gliders wing is clipped, and the third has the best view of the swooped up wings of the glider.
Appreciate the difficulty in getting all aspects in the one shot.
TaNice set of pix! Mr Spadger does it for me
Thanks, they do have nice coloursGot to love a cheeky starling! Nice set.
CheersChosen shot is great. Don't worry about clipping the other one. That's not important given the beauty of the flying away one with the wings outstretched and the lovely colours. Lovely shot.
ThanksGood catch and well taken. I like your chosen shot.
Thanks, the sparrow is wondering if he timed it rightSome great detail in your chosen shot and an amusing capture.
It was a cracker of a sky that night, actual was much better than pic, it was pretty late and I missed most of it as I'd had a glass or two. Working out how to use the tripod was out of the question so ended up at 4 seconds leaning against patio door was a good night though. What a cracking sky you have there Keith
Lol... there's quite a few times I've looked out with glass in hand and thought "interesting sky but can I be bothered?"it was pretty late and I missed most of it as I'd had a glass or two.
Thanks, background is the conifers towards the bottom of garden hiding the "wildish" area, I still want to get rid of them but she who must be obeyed says noI like this. Simple but very effective. Good background too.
Cheersexactly wot Peter said.
ThanksLovely!
Thanks, the 61mp certainly helps at times. The crop is the most interesting of the three. Quite impressive detail. Nice warm light on it too
Cheers Dave, your fragile shot worked wellFragile is the sort of shot I hope to take, as the clocks are a fragile thing.
Thanks SimonThat's a great close up!
ThanksGood detail, nice simple effective shot.
Thanks, I was quite surprised how much I could crop the pic.I really like this. Beautiful sharp detail.
Thanks, I’m still not sure about the distant shot but the close up worked out quite well.Beautiful shots Keith, I really like the tones and feel of your Distant shot and the close-up of the dandelion is excellent.
