I can think of only a couple of critique for this:
1. The car on the left.
2. Shoot when it’s early morning or evening when the light is better.

Shall definitely try the early evening shot. I think this was maybe 1/3 stop underexposed...

I think that is as good as can be expected with quite flat light conditions. It's almost impossible to get shots of buildings with no cars these days unfortunately, so I don't know how to avoid it, especially if you are restricted to a set focal length.
