Just looked at their Canon prices again today and they've gone up again. 600ex-rt up again and so are some other good lenses.

The exchange rate must be really bad, or Canon are upping their prices. Nikon prices appear to hold steady, so surely it can't all be down to exchange rates?

No sadly, it's not down to exchange rates. I read somewhere a few weeks back that Canon's prices were going to be firmer this year :(

I nave just bought a sigma 150-500 lens from them great company to deal with got lens in 3 days faster then uk post am thinking about buying a 7d off them as the prices you can not better.

Everyone will switch to Nikon for a fairer price. Canon is pricing themselves out the competition

I cant see that happening, not if you have a lot of money invested in Canon gear already. I can see newcomers choosing Nikon over Canon based on lower cost but based on previous price increases i dont think its going to make much difference.

For many things Nikon are already higher than the canon equivalent. Bit of a mish mash so neither are over under all of the time.

Look at the 70-200 f2.8 IS/VR II versions.

I;ve just nearly had a heart attack. Massive price rises on Panamoz this morning.

Yesterday 600rt flash was 380. Now it's well over 400

Yup, seems a £30-40+ increase on pretty much everything (not just Canon).

The 7d shot up as i was going to order it last night but fell asleep. Will have to look around now.

Weak pound. I was going to place an order today! Now the prices are pretty much the same as UK shops, what's the point?

Get in quickly with the UK shop then as eventually their prices will rise too. From what I gather the pound is being devalued on purpose so I don't think this is a short term blip.

Yeah. I was gonna order today before realising the price hike!!

Wow...amazing how much a lot of the stuff has gone up by. Looks like the good times might have come to an end, boys and girls :( Glad i ordered my 24-70 ii and 85 1.8 a few weeks ago. The same two lenses would have cost me over £100 more if i were buying today!!

Tell me about it I was just about to order a canon 70-200 2.8is Lii and sigma 150-500, but with the increase looks like it will be the sigma 70-200 from a local store instead. The extra few quid on the sigmas is worth it for the extra warranty

Considering this stuff comes from HK, does the HK Dollar not come into it?

A quick tale of returns. I bought a lens from them a few weeks ago but changed my mind and decided to plump for a more expensive lens instead. I was out of the return period but as I hadn't used it they were happy to take it back. I paid the balance and the next day my new lens was shipped.

I was kind of nervous as the return address is to a Nigerian in SE London, whereas the bank transfer is to a Chinese name. Worse, when you Google the Nigerian name the hits relate to Panamoz UK, dissolved in 2009 - and the same records show the Nigerian national as a resident of Togo....

Wow, it seems all the HK sellers have put their prices up now. Glad I got my 5DMKIII when I did.
I just cancelled a Canon S110 from Panamoz but was intending got re order next week, its gone up £50 now so I won't bother for a while.
Hopefully things will get back to normal soon.

Ordered new camera and lens on Saturday, bearing in mind I knew it was bank holiday so wouldn't be posted until Mon and it had arrived yesterday afternoon! That is faster than other things I bought from the UK last week and still haven't arrived....

Well done Panamoz as far as i'm concerned :)

Have a look at One-stopdigital. They don't seem to have increased their prices. The flash is £381 still.
Actually their prices are very low at the moment, even the 5DMKIII is under £2000 still.

Have the prices gone up again?!

Ouch!!! RX100 went from 403 to 470 in a week! D7000 from 570 to 640.

Cheaper for UK stock now. Be mad to import.

Someone mentioned weak pound, Im not so sure, DR and others still have the same prices.

I can tell you that the ST-E3 and 600ex-rt have gone up in price over the last week.

Well known that all Canon stuff everywhere has. Not everything else which is what I was commenting on.

Then whey did you say 'everything'?. Didn't look very hard, did you?

Anyway, interesting to watch the price trends and see what happens.

Everything I looked at on DR is still the same, but the same items have increased on Panamoz.
