We have dozens, but rarely look at any except Mrs Beetons, Gastronomy of Italy, Ma Cuisine, SA Housewives League and Indian Delights, Age has slowed down my interest.

I assume the spring is inside the clock ? (boom boom)Malvern clock tower. Quite why they built it there, I've no idea. You'd think it would be more suited to the town. However, it is also the location of a spring.
