Something else in the water !

The man with the two dogs had just had a bit of bother ! One of his two dogs slipped the lead and went off barking at another dog resulting in it's owner an old lady ending up on the floor after tripping over her own dog, Luckily although shaken she was O.k, The guy did stay with her a while to make sure she was O.K even though there were a number of people shouting at him.
